TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
- Videos may not be duplicated, altered,
broadcast, electronically transmitted or shown where an
admission fee is charged without prior written
permission.
|
- A maximum of 3 single tapes or 2 sets can
be rented at one time.
|
- Rental period is for 4 weeks (not including
return time).
|
- Rental fee is $5.00 per tape or $10.00 per
set (set consists of a single title that is comprised of 2
or more tapes. There are a group of videos that are
available at no charge except for shipping and
handling. These are non-professional quality tapes for
workshops, filmed by members, or they are manufacturer's
promotional tapes. These are noted on the library inventory
list as $2.00.

- The shipping and handling fee is $5.00
for up to 3 tape cassettes, $7.00 for more than
4. FSG reserves the right to add additional
shipping for a heavy order or to distant zip codes.
|
- A late return fee will be added to your
next rental if returned items indicate a postmark later than
four weeks from original mailing. The added fee will
be $2.00 per tape.

- All returned professionally produced
tapes must be insured for $30 per tape or renter agrees to
pay the cost of replacement if lost or damaged in
shipping. Non professionally produced tapes can be
either insured at $5.00 for each lost or damaged tape
cassette.
